We are gearing up for our busiest season yet and we want to make sure we can provide our amazing clients with only the best experience possible.   Our company is founded upon working in a passionate creative space, with flexibility and family at the forefront of our priorities, and we hope you will be the newest addition to our team!   Here is a brief overview of the positions we are looking to fill:

Product Specialist / Studio Designer:

This team member will be in charge of managing our entire product workflow from pre-designing albums and save the date cards, all the way to tying the pretty little bow and shipping it off to the clients.  Because we want you to have flexibility to work when its convenient for you, this entire workflow will be managed online through our studio software and we only ask that you take one day per week to work with us in studio to photograph all the products that arrived, package them up with our thank you cards & gifts, and present them to the clients in person or ship them off to our destination couples.   Because this position relies on your ability to work independently and manage deadlines, we ask that you have an updated computer with the ability to download our studio software and familiarity (or eagerness to learn) software programs such as Fundy Designer, ROES, 17hats & Dropbox.   This position will require a small amount of communication with our clients directly so we’d love to have someone that has a warm, bubbly personality and attention to detail.   This is part time position with a 10hr per week commitment.

*must be local to Saratoga Springs, NY or surrounding areas.

Filmmaker /  Camera Operator:

Looking to learn how to shoot in a fast-paced environment that requires you to be thoughtful and adaptable while making what you’re worth?  Or maybe you’re a professional wedding filmmaker that just despises the business side of the industry and wants to just shoot and hand over footage?  Join our video team! We have multiple openings for contractor or works-for-hire positions that are perfect for anyone from entry level to seasoned pro.

*ideally local to the Capital District, NY  or metro Boston/ New England
