Hilary and Seth attended the same high school in Albany, NY and went four years without getting to know each other, despite having a small class of about 100 people. After graduation, Hilary and Seth left Albany to begin the next phase of their lives. Fast forward 12 years, where they both ended up in Boston and randomly bumped into each other (crazy, right?!). After taking a moment trying to figure out how they recognized each other, Seth asked Hilary on a date to catch up some more. Seth proposed to Hilary in March of 2016 at her favorite beach town, Rockport, MA with a ring that has been in his family for 2 generations!!!

We loved all of the special touches that this wedding had to offer! Some of our favorites were that the couple added in a few Jewish traditions like circling the groom 7 times during the ceremony and stepping on the glass. They also paid tribute to the flower girl, whose birthday was the next day and Hilary sang the song “You’ve got a friend” and dedicated it to her parent’s 40th anniversary.
