As an East Coast photographer, Pinterest really screws us over when clients ask for dreamy sunset beach sessions (the sun sets on the WEST!!).   Regardless, I still long for that sunny California perfection in my images too so naturally I suggested a sunRISE session.   I was actually SHOCKED with Julie and Andy said they would go for it, but right away I knew they were the perfect clients for me.  Fearless and willing to do crazy things just for a beautiful photo 😉   The ride up to the north shore Julie and I were texting each other “what were we thinking?”  “who’s idea was this?!”   We got to the beach and it was a measly 40 degrees out and they were dressed in beachwear!  I was starting to get really nervous that this would be a complete disaster.   Luckily Julie & Andy are such good sports and they have an amazing sense of humor, I’m pretty sure we laughed our way through the entire session because they are just so much fun.   The end result:  Totally worth it, beyond breathtaking.  My only fear is now I’ll have all of my clients asking for sunrise shoots 😉
