I’ll never forget the giant smile on David’s face when I saw him for the first time on our wedding day. His cheeks were red, his eyes looked nervous and excited. All I could see was him, everyone else in the room seemed to blur together and fade into the background. After we recited our vows, I remember walking out of the church, looking up at my new husband gushing with joy. My cheeks hurt from smiling so much.
