We met Richard when we first moved to Boston, in fact he was our first Boston friend. He ended up being our neighbor across the hall and the year or so that we lived there Makayla and I became great friends with Richard. So much so that he even let us stay in his apartment for a month when we were between moving out of our apartment and into our first new house.  When Richard told us about Matt we knew they were perfect for each other and when we finally met Matt we knew they were perfect for each other.

One of the greatest parts of our job is that sometimes we get to not only share in our friends wedding day but also be there to capture the moments for them to cherish forever. When Richard and Matt asked us about capturing their day our resounding answer was YES, of course!!

The festivities started on Friday with the rehearsal dinner at the Omni Mt. Washington Resort in NH…probably one of the most scenic resorts we have been to. They had a full pig roast along with an assortment of southern style BBQ, and most importantly the most genuine, constantly smiling friends and family by their side.

Saturday there was golf in the morning for the guys followed by Richard and Matt sharing some quiet time together before the ceremony. Ahhh, the ceremony, they wrote their own vows and had some really special speeches from their friends and family. The reception that followed was a perfect culmination of the day as the newly weds enjoyed amazing food, incredible toasts, and the most packed dance floor I have ever seen…the grooms even crowd surfed from the band stage at the end of the night…
